9999 ping, little to high.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Funcom is gone for the weekend unless someone happens to be logged in from home. The best I could do is find this to report a server issue.
