A few times a week the server goes down and stays out of the air for a long time, the ping is at 9999.
And it shows lag whenever a specific player enters.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

I have the same issue when i try to log in the server. My ping is crazy high and i can’t do anything else in game. The same server and the same issue. I hope you guys fix this fast because i don’t want to change server and lose all my stuff.
