Server #1998 with the ping very high 25.05.19

Can’t login, Ping on space. Normaly I got from 11 to 19 of ping.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Online official Bug PvE Latin America Spent two days trying to connect to the server, It says my ping is higher than the maximum allowed, and every day the server gets 1020MS when reaches 30/40 players, every day, over and over again. Please do something, no one can handle situation anymore. Trying to connect to the server It says, Your ping is Higher than the maximum allowed Thats all FIX IT, DO SOMETHING PLEASE.

Same problem trying until now…

Last day weas ok, now… this bad thing… g-potato sux…

I begin at 6:30 am (Brazilian local time +3) and try several times to recive the msg Ping too high…

Normaly was 89, 101 now above 280.

What happens?

Same problem even in 1999, impossible to connect. It has been about 24h and no staff response. Nice support Funcom
