Bug Description:

SERVER 1976 PVE PING 9999 I cant login back for more than 30 minutes! I was playing normally until i got kicked from server and now i cant get back. The PING is always 9999 and the game itself dont let me login because of this PING. I shouldnt be blocked to log back even with a high ping! And of course this PING is a bug! The server runs around 70 ~ 100 PING normally.

Welcome back. I have experienced this recently on my own Official.

The only thing you can do is close the game and make sure you wait until it actually exits. The game is taking much longer to quit now, and if you start it too soon you might not fix the ping problem.

After you successfully restart the game your ping should be normal again.
