Official #1950 Stuck in loop of "Server restart in 5 Minutes"

Server is stuck in a constant loop of restarting, within a couple minutes of loading in after it restarts, it gives the 5 minutes warning again, and starts off another round.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Try logging on.
  2. See restart warning.
  3. Wait for it to finish restarting.
  4. Go back to #1

Also: yes, I know there’s a server report function, it’s been used. It’s also been going on for a long time.
