Bug Description:

Japanese official servers have been offline for over 24 hours and are no longer available.

The servers are all grayed out and marked as invalid.

Could someone take care of this or provide clarity?

We and others have our stuff there.

Bug Reproduction:

Try to log into an official server.

Are you still unable to access any of the Japanese servers? Could you restart the game and try again?

Yes, several times over about 2 days now and I’m not alone with this problem.

Other official servers are no problem.

It is only the official Japanese servers that are not accessible since the last hotfix.

Of course, the game has been restarted several times over the last 2 days.

The servers are no longer accessible.

They are also displayed as invalid as you can see at the top of the first screenshot.

We mainly play on the Japanese servers.

For months. We never had access or reachable problems.

There was a post related to this regarding this matter.

Regarding the update made on July 10, 2024
『Note for JP players: This patch will roll out on the Japanese servers at a later date. We will let you know when it happens!』

For this reason, I think it’s probably not possible to log in it because there is a version difference between the Japanese version (and the server for Japanese players) and other versions due to the update the other day.What do you think?

To our shame, we did not notice the X post.

Their theory sounds more than plausible and perhaps explains a lot.

Is there experience with time-shifted patch roll outs. What period of time could this cover?

I think months of our little life there in the strange, beautiful⛩️ distance is therefore probably over.

After reading this other post, I think there is no hope for help or solution within the official server decay time. I have no illusions about this.

Things come, things go. It was a nice, far too short time and it is not the question of who is to blame for this misery or what went wrong again.

But maybe a little lack of empathy for the time and joy that other people spend for something.

Expressed in my language, perhaps today’s common “Zeitgeist”.

We resigned prematurely and unworthily and immediately sacrificed 15 souls to appease our pictish god Xepe Totee.

The JP servers are all online and available again.

I’m not really familiar with the reason, but we are happy about the course of things.
