Official server 3530 has been offline for 30 minutes up to this point.
I found out the official pve-c server we play on shuts down twice a day not sure that is what your problem is. Around 8.3.0 am not sure of night time. You can always file a Zendesk report at Zendesk Funcom. Com @Dubcee
