I cannot see any official PvP eu servers..Do you have same issue and is there any maintenance?
If you usually play pvp it’s probably now been moved to pve with pve settings too

It’s probably just a bug that will get sorted as there has been no announcements from funcom that it was happening
But I wouldn’t expect an answer as to when it will be fixed at least your base will be safe until it is
