Your frustration is correct, now pull the breaks and patience. Use Zendesk for these situations.

there is a problem on servers 11xx, there is large groupe of cheaters (15+) using swithlag openly and hundred of accounts and able to put down a whole server and they hop from one server to other, zendesk already had report with clear evidence about that, now the question is will they be able to do something quick before they harm dozens and dozens of servers, and hundred of players.
Even if they get banned tomorrow… They 'll buy an alt

oh sadly i know and they even already have those accounts in stock, but that important that fc do something, especially with a so large group doing it so openly on lot of servers and thinking that nodoby can catch them.
so let’s hope that zendesk wil be able to do the link between all reports of servers 11xx and have the ability to understand that this is mainly the same large group with shared id that is the reason of 70% of those reports, and if they start to loose their accounts they will start to understand that they are detected and their group will start to be reduced. and when there will be the second hammer, and third hammer well you understand the idea

Yea i do. Wishes for the best m8. Although i am not fun of the report system, in these situations i am happy it exists!
