Bug Description:
Server is listed as online with good ping but can’t log on; and no one else can either. Been like this for Two days.

Its funcom, they take your money but dont allow you to play. Very typical of this company. Rust might be the only option to play.
I get if there is issues that don’t have an instant answer my big complaint is being left in the dark with out a response at least acknowledging the issue and that something is being done to at least look into it. Being left in the dark about this over the weekend when you were planning on playing sucks. 
I for the moment take it all back, server is working again. 
In my case they do not take my money either. Three days I am trying to connect with them cause cannot buy crom coins
