Official server #2504 ping showing at 9999 and game won’t load in

Bug Description:

Unable to log into official server #2504. On server select screen it says ping is at 9999

Steps to Reproduce:

Turn on Xbox. Start Conan. Pick “play online” option. Then “PvE” option. In the filter field choose “favorites”. (Or choose “official” since it’s probably not on your favorites list.) scroll all the way to the bottom of the server list and be amazed at the one and only 9999 ping server!

You need to report server issues through zendesk.
