I decided to do a surge finally and made my way to the leyshrine of the demon. Someone already had like 1160 essences in there and I pulled the lever, confused because I wasn’t able to craft an altar or anything. Nothing happened. This thing has been in the sky for hours now, even withstanding the maelstrom. No thralls have dropped, nothing has happened or changed.
