I am disconnecting from server after 5 min, I am retrying to log again but the ping is max 9999, on other official server I can login no problem and stay for hours, but on server 1000. it has been like this since yesterday (24th). This is also the case for server 1001 & 1002 btw.

for 2 days, our server has been constantly switching off and on in the same way, they have not responded to tickets server #1002

i have a total of 4 tickets for 2 days and they have not returned yet
