Is there a way I can search for a server owner for a PS4 Server?

G-Portal only seem to list PC servers no PS4 servers listed that I can see or at least no way to determine if they are PC, PS4 or XBOX servers and the server I am looking for is not listed there. Can’t find it on Battle metrics.

The server I am on is constantly up and down and I am getting annoyed with the frequency of disconnections, it was good but is now very poor. FYI: [GER/EU] [PUBLIC] Manticores Rust

There is no way to look for an IP address on the PS4.
The search function on the PS4 is horrible and untrustworthy so I need another way to ensure the server is still running.
