Hello Funcom Team,

I wanted to follow up on an issue that has remained unresolved since the Age of Heroes update on PlayStation (CONSOLE). The problem with server ping and player count not displaying correctly in the main menu is still ongoing, with all servers showing a ping of 9999. This makes it impossible to determine actual latency or player activity, making it difficult for players to find stable and active servers.

Beyond this persistent issue, PvP gameplay has taken a serious hit due to an increase in lag switching and crashing bugs. These exploits are taking over the competitive scene, making fights unplayable and frustrating for players who want a fair experience. The combination of broken server information and these game-breaking exploits has severely impacted the PvP community, with many players struggling to enjoy the game as intended.

We would really appreciate an update on when these issues will be addressed. The PlayStation community is eager for a fix, as these problems are making it nearly impossible to play the game properly. Thank you for your time, and we hope to hear about a resolution soon.

I can imagine what that looked like… the activity. It is important to note that latency applies to different equations being used here. Some have all day to look into it. I don’t atm. :thinking:
