I’ve not searched things out jsut yet but it does have a iron circlet illusion on it.
The weight matches it’s outrageous armor.
Somehow I feel like I might see one of those sleazy “neck injury” lawyer advertisements show up here any second now.

Use an edgesmith to craft it and slap an armor reduction kit on that thing!
