Pc Keeps Crashing!

I recently just got the game for the new huge patch and a bunch of friends are playing it, however my pc will randomly shut down while playing it… This is the only game it is happening to and my pc can well handle this game, I have a 3080 gtx/i9-9900k processor/1000W psu/32gbs of ram. I have no idea why, but this is the only game to do it. My temps are all good and I literally reinstalled my pc from the group up as well. I legit reset my whole pc and updated all the drivers and I still crash about 1-5 minutes in the game and by crash I mean my pc legit reboots completely. I put all the settings on low as well and nothing is working at all. I tried so many different things and still not able to fix it and sadly makes the game unplayable and I missing out with playing with all my friends on our private server and it just sucks. I played Guild Wars 2, BF 2042, and Dota 2 all at the same time for a stress test and it works totally fine. I do not know what to do please help!

Here are some logs in the event viewer as well.

@XBurns80 might not be caused by your PC…are there mods on the server ?

There are zero mods on the sever.

I suppose you did try Steam repair… what’s the ping for the server ? and what’s your internet connection like ?

he asks for help and he stops answering. not serious this. I can simply say that some mods can cause problems even if they are not activated… so delete and reinstall the game.

Maybe he figured it out

In any case the problem is unlikely to be related to mods, game files… or anything server side.
I have a strong suspicion OP is running an overclocked setup and this is just one of those games that doesn’t like it
So first step would be disabling anything that does automatic overclocking (such as Asus AI suite / similar utilities). If it’s a factory overclocked GPU there’s a chance they pushed it too far, so bumping the frequency down just a notch or two (~30 -ish mhz) in the overclocking utility of the manufacturer might do the trick. If it’s not that then the other likely culprit would be memory timings. a lot of modules come with very tight XMP profiles, that sometimes don’t even run at those timings out of the box, but it’s on the borderline your machine might boot up but certain games would just “vanish” or your computer restart due to the slight instability. solution would be to either bump up the soc voltage a bit or loosen the timings / adjust the memory voltage (I wouldn’t do this as it’s more than likely already at 1.35v from the XMP profile which is more than enough). To test if this is the cause you can just temporarily disable your XMP profile.

And yes, I know it’s sometimes hard to believe  but this is a thing… some software is occasionally going to be more sensitive to this stuff. I’ve seen cases where a PC passed any stress test you threw at it but would always crash from a specific game and not any others until the overclocking was reduced a bit.

Other causes for these “out of the blue” restarts can be things like USB shorts (keyboard / mouse cables getting worn out overtime causing occasional shorts when bent in a certain way), but you’d notice that at other times as well, not just during Conan.
The most obvious ones would be the temperatures or faulty drivers ofc, but OP said they already checked for that.
