[PC] [Steam] Isle of Siptah Server #6109 Refusing Logins

The server crashed while I was playing earlier today. After it came back up, I got the message: Authentication failed!. I waited a while and tried again but the login still failed. I restarted the game and Steam and even restarted Windows 10. Although the server was listed as active, I kept getting the message: Authentication failed!. It is now at least 3 hours later and I am still getting the message. I was able to connect to a European server for the Exile Lands during this time. However, I cannot connect to the American server #6109 and I am in America. Maybe somebody should restart this server. I have no mods for this game and my Window system is up to date.

I been getting this same error too all day. I believe it’s all from Funcom’s end.

Constructing buildings at the C-9 coordinate, as depicted in the screenshot, caused server crashes when players neared the area. I addressed this issue on my server by removing the structure. To verify the effectiveness of this solution, I carried out several tests in single-player mode. Moreover, I noted that a multiplayer role-playing server managed to resolve a similar problem by disabling an NPC. The details of their method remain unknown to me, as they chose not to share them, presumably for proprietary reasons. This remedy is probably accessible through a particular setting, which I’m still trying to pinpoint. Whether other areas present similar challenges is yet to be determined, but this approach worked in my case.

I was not able to use the server until around 11 PM EDT that night. It seems the problem was fixed because I have played for a few days now without a problem. Today, however, the server has crashed three times and it is still early in the evening. It is a bit annoying.
