Offcial Server crashes when I login - Official server #6422 PvE

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam

Bug Description:

Connecting to the server causes server to crash out after a few seconds. I loose connection and the server becomes unavailable for a few minutes, presumably till it restarts itself. This is happening on “Official server #6422 PvE” provided by g-portal.

Bug Reproduction:

I connect to Official server #6422 PvE using my standard game client. After spawning in to my base the server kicks me a few seconds later and becomes unavailable.

I can see someone has posted a similar sounding issue with “Server 6438 PVE-C”

They note that the problem has been around since the last update.

I also found elsewhere more instructions on how to report problems with official servers. The page was titled “How to report players, clans, exploits, or connectivity issues on any of our Official Servers” and used a different form that did not generate a topic here. If I get any direct messages through that source I will update this topic.

Yeah, I confirm it: the server 6422 (PVE, Siptah, Official) crashed it many times at night and in the morning. Sometimes the transfer between drops was several minutes.

Same for me on Siptah #6108 which I have played on for quite a while with no issues. Now I can’t even log in, it just crashes 9999 and kicks everyone that’s playing. All since the new update AOW4. I have made several tickets on the issue with no reply.

I raised a ticket too and got at least a (possibly automated) thank you reply. The fact it is in the patch notes makes me hopeful it will get patched too. I am not so sure if my structures and companions will survive until the patch though. If my occasional login does not render the upkeep times before the server goes down I may have no base to login to by the time the fix is out. Time will tell.

pretty much the same for me on this server. Other servers work for me though.

So even after the huge patch today the problem persists. Log in server crash 6108.

Even after the patch that is supposed to solve the siptah problem, everything remains the same.

It is impossible to connect, it automatically takes you off the server, please, if you do not find a solution, urgently freeze the decay timers, I have been on that server for more than 3 years and it would be unpleasant to lose everything due to this problem.
PLEASE FREEZE THE DECAY TIMERS URGENTLY!!!

Also on 6108…

Went to check the timer for Noise and the server crashed, Now I am in the same state as them.

I see the server up. I try to log in. The message says I was disconnected from server and then the server is off the list.
