Can’t speak for US/Asia & Oceanic, but EU looks fine.
EU servers have an average of 50ms… with the lowest at 25 and the highest at 280, the latter of which (#6454) is a massive outlier for some reason.
Sorry i mean USA,im on the east coast and they are normally 40 to 90…mine now is over 200 and the rest are pushing 200 or close enough.
