True, but it’s generally bad practice to ban people for no reason. Not only because it’s unjust, but also because it erodes confidence in those you haven’t banned yet. 
I don’t disagree with that. But while I wouldn’t do that myself, I don’t have a right to tell a due owner of a server they can’t.
