Player's equipment (magically) shows in thrall's inventory

When I open the inventory for my thrall, it shows my main hand and offhand equipment in the thralls inventory (where the main hand and offhand slots are). It happens when the thrall’s weapon is not equipped.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Have thrall with its own weapon out of both hands.
  2. Open its inventory
  3. Notice equipment in thralls hand

I don’t know if there is a more consistent step to trigger this.

old ps4 here, confirmed, also unable to interact w thralls weps w/o “take all”
