There was some bug the last 2? times they ran a special rewards panel where the buff wasn’t engaging when it should have and with no devs working on the game any more, the bug’s still there.
I’m afraid all your boxes are just junk now.
Why didn’t you open them when they dropped? Being greedy doesn’t always pay off…
