The LATAM servers have been down/unplayable for over a week now (since August 24th). At first they appear online, but shortly after each restart they collapse and become inaccessible.
I want to share some new details we observed:

On Sunday, right after the restart, I connected and checked the player list. Strangely, all players appeared under the same name (“XXXXXXXXELHOMBREARAÑACREW” or something similar). Neither my name nor my teammates’ names showed up correctly.

Additionally, the server always crashes at 5:20 (Chilean time). At that exact time, everyone gets disconnected, and afterwards it’s impossible to reconnect even though the server still shows as “online.”
This strange behavior makes many of us in the community think it could be an exploit or a DDoS attack targeting the LATAM servers.
We have already opened tickets (on Monday and Wednesday) and created forum posts, but so far we haven’t received any reply. Please, could the team confirm if this issue is being investigated? Even a short “we are aware and looking into it” would give us some peace of mind.
The LATAM community feels completely abandoned at this point.
