POST UPDATE BUG - Bench showing old inventory screen with the old thrall slot

Generic Improved Blacksmith’s Bench showed thrall already placed. The thrall was in the inventory as it should be, but when I removed it, placed it in the world and it attached to the bench as it should there were two images of the thrall overlaid. The bench was showing the old inventory screen with the thrall slot. I emptied the bench removed and replaced it and the duplicate thrall image ended. I placed the thrall in the world and attached it to the ghost image of the thrall at the bench, which worked as it should but the bench still shows the old inventory screen.

Find a bench with the thrall displaying before doing anything after initial login

UPDATE: Does not appear to occur on official server so mod related. I’ll see if I can determine which mod.
