Potions that reset either attributes or feats display that both have been reset [#108721/19619]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Create a potion that resets attributes OR feats
  2. Use it
  3. Note that you’ll get a notification for both attributes AND feats when the potion just resets one of the two.

This also occurs when using the potion of natural learning
