The game does not start via steam

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Pressed the start button
    2.A black screen with the Funcom logo came out
    3.The screen closes
    4 The start button lights up again in the steam
    5 The game did not start at the same time.

Yes, running from the root folder as an administrator gives exactly the same result.

After checking, nothing downloaded, the check was successful.

There are thousands upon thousands of people successfully playing CE from Steam without issue. You should really give more info if you expect help.

Was the Steam version ever working for you? If so, when did it stop?

Do you use any anti-virus software?

What happens when you launch CE from Steam, or from the root exe? Nothing? Error message?

Can you check the Windows application event logs and see any entry relating to CE?

Yes, the game worked, I stopped playing it when it gave out a blue error screen on the PC at startup, I decided to come back after updating with friends. There is no error, the launcher is opening and it closes itself without errors without notifications. McAfee Antivirus.
At startup, a black screen with the company logo in the window comes out of the root and disappears, while nothing else happens, no errors, no notifications. There are also no errors in the notification log.
