Problem with a door frame from the new building set

Bug Description:

Thrall on follow can not go through a door from the new building set from the Bazaar.

Bug Reproduction:

1. Switch to Creative mode, build a simple structure from new Forgotten Dungeon building set including a door frame with a door.
2. Take Ritualist on follow and try to lead her inside your building - no, she wouldn’t enter.
3. Pick her up, put on guard inside then take on follow again - she refuses to go out. Door is wide open but she just stands there and stares at me.

Same for Khitan door frames. It’s been plagued for eons.
