every workstation is working really slow i do have a private server. Crafting is set to 6.0 and Rhinos do fly when you kill them 
If you want faster crafting, drop the number. I usually have my thralls crafting at .5 and me at 1.0 (makes gathering thralls for workstations more worth the effort). At .5 they are twice as fast as me.
