The plume of the Black Dragon helmet from the Jewel of the west DLC has been invisible since the 3.0 update, This bug occurs on both Official servers and on singleplayer and on is confirmed to occur on both PS4 and PS5 consoles and occurs for all Black Dragon helmets whether they were crafted pre 3.0 or crafted post 3.0.
Same with the Hyrkanian Helm, but strangely enough, only on female characters.
