[PS5/PS4] Black Dragon Helm Plume bugged and still Invisible post Chapter 3 update

Bug Description:

The plume of the Black Dragon helmet from the Jewel of the west DLC has been missing since the 3.0 update, This bug occurs on both Official servers and on singleplayer and on both PS4 and PS5 consoles and occurs for all Black Dragon helmets whether they are pre 3.0 or newly crafted. I am reposting this report because the bug is still present post Age of Sorcery Chapter 3 update.

Bug Reproduction:

Craft or spawn a Black Dragon Helmet and the Plume will be invisible. This occurs for me everytime on every Black Dragon helmet.
