i bought content dlc year 1 and 2 cannot dl year 2 right now telling me i have to buy it i have receipts of purchase via email

I would recommend going back to Playstation store and and going through the motions of purchasing it again. It should say you have purchased it already then down load again. This has worked for others.

If the above suggestion doesn’t work, please try deactivating and reactivating your system as primary, and then proceeding to restore the licenses.
