Purge spawns under ground Rivers End

There are several posts concerning the Purge Spawning underground at Rivers End

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Go to Rivers End
2. Go to WEST path out
3. start purge
4.Try to kill NPC’s under the side of the mountain.
5. Be frustrated because Posts bout this never gt any play >sad face<

edit: today i got the purge to spawn under for the third time, building on the mountain did not work

This happened to me twice, and i fixed it by placing foundations on the mountain, to block the purge from spawning under it
