Purge will not spawn

Bug Description:

Purge camp will not spawn at a base that hosted purges without issue just a few weeks ago.

Bug Reproduction:

Interact with the treasurer, click ‘Proclaim Wealth’, Confirm, after some time a message pops up indicating that enemy forces could not find a place to setup camp.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.

Regarding the situation at hand, does the same happen if you disable the currently running addons?

Please back up your save game prior to testing as disabling addons can corrupt your save.
