Pvp kill timer glitch stuck at 26 seconds respawn

So on my alt account my time is stuck at 26 seconds I don’t play on it a lot and it been like that for months anyone know how to fix it

Recreate character.
I have few characters on different servers like that.
My single player was the same. Long respawn time, regardless of cause of death.
