Please see this post. That was another server that has been down. Or has completely “disappeared.”
If if was there yesterday, this may be tied to the g-portal configuration settings SNAFU. We haven’t received much information about what the issue was. Or when it will be resolved completely. Though - we have gotten a couple of check-ins from @AndyB . Which, while they aren’t very satisfying because they don’t have any information - it is at least hopeful that Funcom is working on these g-portal related issues. Maybe.
If you haven’t yet done so, you should probably see about putting in a Zendesk Support ticket. That is the avenue for inquiring and alerting Funcom about official server operational issues.
Tagging @Community in case the disappearance of #1600 is related to the other g-portal stuff from today.
