Bug Description:

The same bug that existed before the sorcery update. Raining inside buildings.

Bug Reproduction:

Walking inside a building, it rains through the roof and floors.

Coordinates might be relevant (ctrl+shift+alt+L). If you are up real high, the physics breaks and it will still rain in buildings no matter what.
