Random Disconnection from Servers and Funcom Live

Basic Info:

Platform: PlayStation 5

Bug Description:

At random times during fights the game will disconnect from the server. I had a purge, and two other players from other clans were at the fight. They each disconnected once, while I did three times. I disconnected while fighting a king scorpion. I disconnected while running in the volcano. I disconnected while running up a hill back to my base, and could not log in for 15 minutes.

Bug Reproduction:

Play a decent amount of time and it will happen.

We had a purge on 8090 a couple days ago wife showed up in her bedroom nothing rendered logged out come back to the Battle disconnected shortly after we both died 3 or4 times like to ever find our bodies even though we were close to the base. Also random disconnects. @speedice using ps5 s

  • Are you using a wireless or wired internet connection?
  • Does this behavior seen on Single Player?
  • If you play in several Servers, are you experiencing this issue in all Official Servers you play in? Please share their numbers if so.

It is a wireless controller
It does not happen on single player.
I do not play on multiple servers (I do not have that kind of time), but several players I know do, and they report it happens on all public servers. Can’t comment on private ones.
