Bug Description:
For the past couple of days a āLost connection with serverā bug has occurred.
I do not know the reason why, but every time it happens I am at risk of losing my Thralls. One time one of them ended up with only 2 HP.

I am having the same problem on the PS4 in the Exiled Lands, always when i enter the frost giants temple to gather black ice, the game loses connection repeatedly
I am having this issue as well on PS5 Official PVE server. I am hard-wired and have 1GB internet, so I know itās not on my end. This has never happened before this update! I find itās at its absolute worst when I fight Rotbranch. Out of the 10 or so times I killed it the other day, only once or twice did I not get the error, sometimes it even happens multiple times in the fight.
It also happened last night during my Frost Giant purge. Needless to say, the Purge ended once it kicked me, which really sucks! Most of the bugs Iāve been able to keep playing the same way I always have. This bug is really messing up how I play the game 
Iāve frozen on ps5 where I canāt do anything. Just accessing a chest or walking around a base.
Then I force quit the game or whatever itās called on the ps5. But that never finishes as I get the PlayStation error bug submit screen. I submit it and then boot up game again.
This happened pre-patch once in a while. But it hasnāt happened post patch. But I havenāt been on tons yet post patch
Iāve had that happen as well too many times to count haha but this time itās different as I donāt need to force quit the frozen screen, the game just gives me the good ole boot and says āLost Connection with Serverā. Itās very quick logging back in, only 10 seconds or so, but it keeps on happening during very intense combat. Iām still playing through it, but the fact it cut short a Purge makes this bug pretty serious for me.
@Community Iām surprised this hasnāt been brought up more, I really donāt think itās on my end as this has never happened to me before, and my internet is hard wired and 1GB/sec. Thanks so much for any help or advice 
I am so glad some of you mentioned the Internet speed because, yes, first I thought that this bug could be caused by the humungous buildings surrounding the area that could clearly make the server crash (along with clear TOS violations like placing single construction blocks to avoid others from building close to them), but I have a 940Mbps synchronous bandwidth that could be able to manage those kind of buildings (hopefully!). So, yes, this may be a different kind of bug.
My connection isnāt wired. The router I used to use is brutal. Not a true router but some kind of gateway thing that also works for cable tv. The wifi and hardwired connections are awful.
So I have good wifi connection. But yes every now and then it drops. But donāt have connection drops in Conan or say gta. Or maybe those games are more robust than say live service games like destiny. I get drops in destiny semi often and it canāt usually recover.
I tried to fight Rotbranch after i saw your post and got in the same situation
It even occur when doing nothing. I stood in my base afk making coffee, when i came back my game was crashed and i need to force quit
Iām pretty obsessed with levelling up my thralls, so I fight Rotbranch an excessive amount of times (10-20 times an evening), and I can say with 100% certainty this āLost Connection with Serverā never once happened before this most recent update.
My base is in an area of Mounds of the Dead that is very heavily populated, which has never been an issue before, so this has got to be something completely unrelated and new IMO. I was originally waiting for someone to post a thread, because at first I thought it may somehow just be me.
I am currently having the exact same issue as you are. It happens while on the move or even happens when just idling in my base. Sadly there is no specific pattern to reproduce the issue, but the disconnect from server error happens regularly, sometimes I get an error that says āclient is not respondingā but the majority of the time its the same as you.
I am currently playing on PC, using the latest Steam version and I am playing on an official funcom server.
I confirm the issue as well! Tbh, i believed that it was on me and i had ddos attacks since my PlayStation was loosing completely connection with the internet.
In a couple of cases i had to restart my router too. Of course the PlayStation was the only device that was loosing internet connection, no other device! But in other cases i was loosing connection from the server without loosing connection with the internet on my device.
So i believe i did not help a lot here, i just made it worst because probably i endure more than one situation here!
I have been suffering the same problem, lost the connection with the host a lot of times, normally when I am fighting.
And the pve servers goes too bad, itās the second time in the month that the servers go down without any advice and left me in the hell.
Funcom needs new servers that works well. This problems are too bad to the game experience and itās too bad publicity to funcom.
So far this issue has plagued me, but this morning I tried turning āMotion Blurā ON in the Conan Settings in game on PS5. So far I havenāt had the āLost Connection Errorā once, and Iāve been doing the same combat (including killing Rotbranch) that I did before. Iāll continue to report back if this in fact has completely fixed the issue
EDIT: Well, things seemed good, but alas I was wrong. Just fought Rotbranch and got āLost Connection with Serverā three damn times! If I turn away from him and let my thrall do the work, it seems to be fine 
Havenāt had any issues out of the norm since returning home, personally. I tend to occasionally lose connection at my base after going out and doing stuff, then returning, so I canāt say for certain whatās happening. Granted, I havenāt attempted rottbranch to see the reliability of the connection loss. @Marylambs and I both built a small outpost by sepermeru with no problems. Also, been playing siptah and exploring areas for new builds. Again, no issues. Iāll possibly try rottbranch though.
It seems to give me the error during intense combat, Iāve been building and decorating and even killing Wights, Wolves, Bears and Mammoths no problem (for the most part). It tends to happen when I take on a few things at once, and basically every single time I fight Rotbranch. It wouldnāt be so bad if I wasnāt just fighting Rotbranch for the XP, seems to kick me right at the end of the fight half the time, thrall kills it while not following me, no XP haha
I just bought my wife a PS5 for Valentineās Day, Iām actually going to try things from her account and PS5 and see if itās any different!

I am still getting the same error when fighting the same 5 Accursed at the same spot on PS5.
At one point I thought it had to do with NPCs speaking/shouting/screaming, but I am still clueless.
Ok, so I tested this on the rottbranch next to the base owned by @Coyote0903 and yeahā¦ I died once from stupidity, but came back, got my thrall to follow again, but then got kicked. Logged back in, got my thrall on follow and got kicked again! Came back and miraculously got my thrall to follow again before killing rottbranch. Got my xp for it, but seems like a lot of trouble just to try and xp farm. Iāll have to test the rottbranch by my main base and see what happens. The mounds of the dead is pretty busy, so that could contribute to it. My baseās location, on the other hand, is not so much.
Just a quick follow up. I tried fighting rottbranch in J5/6 with no issues. It could be an issue with rendering everything in the area. The Mounds are very busy nearby, whereas, the rottbranch nearby my main base has nothing to render in since itās all out of render distance.
