I had to relog and when i relogged i was teleported to a dungeon and lost all my gear
Were you playing co-op with a friend? That sounds like tethering, where if you’re too far from the person hosting the game, you’ll get pulled near them.
This has also happened to me a few times over the years, if I’ve died somehow while I’ve been offline (or even online) I will occasionally (but very rarely) get transported to the Midnight Grove, did it show in your event log at all that someone had killed you before this?
