Reset attributes on Siptah

To Funcom.

Maybe add a ’ Potion of Bestial Memory’ to Siptah, instead of letting us constantly use the ‘Yellow Potion’ which resets BOTH feats and attributes.

It’s there already you just need to get lucky enough to get the recipe.
