After deactivating and reactivating my PS4 as primary and restoring licenses and of course paying I still cannot download this riddle of Steel add-on.

Don’t know about the download thing but the riddle of steel stuff is all crafted at the artisan bench or armorer table. Just to be sure you don’t have them craftable?
Yes! Thank you, that was it. Official PVE - C server number #3515 is a laggy piece of crap. it takes about 5 minutes after you log in before you can see any of your stuff, or can get unstuck from your ceiling, etc
