Some of our servers (1550, 1555, 1558, 1561, 1519, and 1592) went offline on Sunday due to hardware issues and did not come back online until 2026-06-17T09:45:00Z, after the machine was replaced.
Unfortunately, the databases for these servers were corrupted during the restoration process, so anyone who logged in immediately after the servers were brought back online did not have access to their saved progress.
Once we learned about this error, we rolled back the database to just before the servers went down on June 14.
You should now be able to access the servers and resume your progress as of that day.
However, any progress made in the short window between the servers coming back up and us performing the rollback was lost.
