Rubber-Banding when logging into the game - Lost Character

Bug Description:

Entered Game and couldn’t move in any direction (Rubber Banding) - Tried logging out and back in - Same problem - went to remove bracelet and it created a
new Character. Could you please restore my Original character. Thank you !

hawksborn310 was the character name

Logging in - Happens quite often

Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Local files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….
