Serer list shows dead on active servers?

I Have noticed on many difrent server that is alive and well battlemetrics and other website that track server show it as 0 player dead when its almost full, this has been going on for almost a year now.

I will name some specific server which is affected 1060 pvp eu 1069 pvp eu and 1530 america.

I contacted the owner of the webpage and i will provide screenshot of what they told me.

As a player it’s not something you can fix. The server host would need to take steps to make it query-able and we don’t have contact with them.

Game master can you please tell them that u own the server and make it respond to querry so people will join my server and not leave it to die and rot `?

I think it was about September that Funcom stopped updating Battlemetrics.

It’s no longer a resource that we can use unfortunately.

Really the only reason I used it was for direct connect info but you can see that in your files.

I would hope most players are not relying on BM for population info though, the player list should be sufficient.

Statistics sure but it’s not something we can use right now.

There have been many inquiries since Funcom stopped updating it with no explanation or plan to reinstate updating BM.
