Honestly when I read all the messages I only have one piece of advice to give : do like me, stop playing Conan Exiles and Funcom games. There are so many other games in fact that are good and not very buggy (Enshrouded, Return to Moria, or even Pax Dei which is not finished but has potential, etc).
so you come to an official server to tell people to stop playing? why are you here and not playing those games if you dont mind me asking?

Another downer/sign of stupidity is how much cross over there is in the controls. Youâre retreating, trying to get your thrall to retreat by holding down X and activating the retreat option and you canât because your dumb fawk character keeps picking up rocks. Itâs stupid, it shows a complete lack of foresight.

In your opinion it was the most fun/playable. For me it was a stagnating game wallowing in itâs own mediocrity. I quit and spent a couple years playing BRs; pubG and RoE. I came back for sorcery because I thought they were finally getting back to developing Conan exiles and fixing the bugs that plagued us all.

Playable in what respect? You have not provided any factual evidence to support you erroneous claims âkidâ. How exactly was the game more playable before AoS? There were absolutely no issues with AoS.
Again, as I have pointed out, and you conveniently ignored, the game has been broken since EARLY ACCESS. So your ignorant claims that it has been âbrokenâ since AoS are based on an utter lack of understanding of reality. Something you have proven throughout your entire history of posting.
As for the issuing of âpeople canât even playâ, that is not something that AoS has been plagued with. That is something that AoW and AoH has been plagued with. So yet again, what is your obsession with PRE-AOS? You have failed to demonstrate how the game was objectively âbetterâ prior to AoS.
And lastly, your claim of âit was more funâ. Fun is subjective. And considering that the vast majority of players have been begging for sorcery since Early Access (I was not one of them, I was opposed to Sorcery being added actually), and the AoS was objectively well received, one must conclude that the level of âfunâ increased due to this update. So by reverting to Pre-AoS you are advocating for the removal of the majority of the players âfunâ. That is the antithesis of what you are claiming to want, yet you are still here crying for the exact same thing thread after thread. Thus one must deduce that you are in fact out of touch with reality.
Well if that is your only reason then you are even more delusional because no matter how far they roll the game back THOSE are never going to go away. Tencent will never take their greedly little fingers out of the game now that they have them in it.

So once again, if you truly care about rolling back to a point in time to when the game was not a buggy broken mess, you have to provide with evidence where that point in time happens to be. And considering that the game was already in such a state in Early Access, and I have played since Early Access and have never seen it in a state where it was not in such a state, my best guess as to when that point was is when it was still in the concept board phase. Can you prove when it was in another phase and was not a buggy broken mess? I would love to see your factual evidence based proof.

@Macdallan you can roll back the game and then go offline steam and you will never get a single update until you going online on steam if you play their,
but in general a survivel game content if you dont like the content funcom making go and set steam to oflline and play on your roll back gameplay and to behonest a game like conan with out content before the age system was boring their was no flavor to the game,
As much as Macdallan can be a broken record, I had a lot of fun in PVP pre-sorcery.
Sorcery, War and now Heroes, while has brought a lot of new and interesting content, all Ages so far have brought problems as well. Especially for PVPers unfortunately.
I would love a pre-sorcery option on Officials.

That said⊠bugs like we have on this game are unacceptable.
I donât know or care to know who is responsible, but there should be some sort of consumer protection against what I consider a blatant abuse. I payed for a functional game and now I have this mess. Is everything bad? Obviously not. There"s great stuff in this game, so much so that itâs the game I played the most. Does that get Funcom off the hook? Not by a long shot.
Itâs almost a crime to wreck a game with so much unfulfilled potential.
