Server 1587 has been down for almost 3 hours now

the server has been down for 3 hours now with no word of when it will be coming back up.

Also just got an email back from support: "Hi there, Thank you for contacting Funcom Customer support. I would be happy to assist you. We are currently investigating the issue with #1650. Unfortunately, I do not have a time frame of when this server will be operational again."
