Server 1750, Can move items and cant make new items to place with recipes unlocked

So we logged on this morning and didnt have an issue with placing or moving items. Once we had our first purge, and won, the couldn’t move anything anymore and we cant make new items. The recipes are unlocked. We even restared the compuyers to relog into steam and the game. We went to other servers to see if its us or the server. It seems like its the server but only us on the server.
