I can’t move any items from my inventory it just flashes and goes back to the inventory and sometimes it drops from the inventory without me doing anything, and I also can’t move my items from my hotbar

I also have the same problem on two servers, I can’t put tools and weapons on the panel and drop them into boxes
Same problem here. Problem seem to happen as soon as I use shift+click to quickly move items around (inventory to toolbar, inventory to containers)
I even lost several items in the process and completely stopped playing until it is fixe. It is currently not playable.
I had the same problems you just described, I reset everything to default all settings, video, music, gameplay and controls and then restarted the launcher. It sounds stupid, but it helps, no more problems with movements, arranging items etc. in the inventory, equipping/removing armour from weapons on me or thralls and chest.
Happens on ps officials as well. Not consistently though.
This is happening on our server as well. I accidentally equipped the wrong armor to my character and now I can’t unequip that either.
