Server 1932 Can't Connect

[Tried connecting to Server 1932, after about 10minutes I get a display saying can’t connect to host. Though I am able to join other servers with no issues. Been about 2 hours now still can’t connect.]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

I confirm; server throwed out everybody afer lag rubber. server appear as online and still show players who are no more there, impossible to connect for now more than 4 hours. There is apparently no support i did the first report using the official form on funcom forum to open a ticket may be 3 hours ago; and nothing…
